By accessing or using TaskPoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

TaskPoints is a collaborative task management platform with a gamified points system. We provide tools for creating groups, managing tasks, and tracking performance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes not attempting to access other users' accounts, not interfering with the platform's operation, and not using the service for illegal purposes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on TaskPoints. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Free accounts have usage limits. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your Premium access will remain until the end of the billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaskPoints is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
